-silver, in either an oval shape or an arrowhead pointed down
-with the two ivories mounted and a single turquoise stone mounted in the middle of them, (similar to attached photo)
-with the stones either below or above a designed piece of silver
-Some design work on the silver with mountains, trees, aspens, antlers
-Remove the root portion of the tooth.  Drawing/ photo provided.
